I feel like we live in world of quick fixes where most people want to run to the doctor’s office and get a prescription to fix a problem. Why not work on preventing problems with our health? If we eat healthy, exercise, reduce stress and try to have healthy supportive relationships. I think it’s important to include a lot of fruits and veggies in our diets. Another wonderful idea is to use Hepa filters on your vacuum cleaner if you have allergies. Meditation can help you with stress as well as time spent with nature. Journaling is another great way to put your thoughts down on paper and help you to sort out things that may be stressful. Having supportive relationships in your life can also help with your health and wellness. Hobbies that bring you great joy and are relaxing can help with your stress.
